Although all units on our stock are fully checked, we sell them “as is” condition due to the nature of being used or pre-owned.
As for auction units, we will help you get the best possible purchase by translating auction sheets and organizing a pre-bid check of the unit condition.
We can provide or request for an additional inspection with photos and video at an auction yard. Usually this service is fee-based.
We prefer to purchase Japanese-made units of following makers: Toyota, Isuzu, Hino, Kubota, Kobelco, Morooka, Mitsubishi, Fuso, Yanmar, Iseki, but not limited to. You can purchase any European or American made units or vehicles at I-Trade Inc.
Please send us your inquiry using CONTACT FORM or WhatsApp, including your contact information and details of your purchase (vehicle/machinery name, model, mfg. year, mileage and other). Our representative will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment
We charge commission for every successful bid at an auction as well as handling and delivery fee. To start bidding with us you have to transfer a security deposit. The deposit is fully refundable by first client’s request, or can be used for a following purchase.
We DON’T charge any taxes if a vehicle or machinery is to be exported. Please contact us for details on fees and Terms & Conditions.
Shipping
This depends on your country. For information on the current regulations of a certain country, please refer to the local customs office.
Yes, it is possible. Technical problems, natural disasters, some political or economical events, etc could be the reason for that. If nothing similar happens, usually everything runs according to schedule.
Cancellation
All sales are considered final. If you wish to cancel, we may try to help you by reselling the unit in Japan or to another client. However any differences will be deducted from your security deposit.
